Pilates 101: Foundations of Pilates
This foundational Pilates class helps you build confidence, master form, and move with intention on the reformer. Perfect for beginners or anyone refining their technique, we slow things down to focus on alignment, breath, and the “why” behind each movement. You’ll learn to use the machine safely and effectively—setting you up for success in every class to come.
Align & Rewind
All Levels
A restorative reformer Pilates class designed to realign your body and reset your mind. Expect gentle, lengthening movements combined with active and passive stretching to enhance stability, mobility, and deep muscular release. Each session begins and ends with guided meditation and breathwork, grounding you in presence and leaving you feeling centered, open, and restored—an intentional way to start your week strong.

Pre/Post Natal
This class is designed for expecting and new moms to safely move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies. We focus on deep core activation—including the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis—to support every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Movements are low-impact and tailored to all trimesters and recovery phases, emphasizing breath, alignment, and functional strength to reduce discomfort and build confidence through motherhood.

This is your mat-based movement upgrade. High Vibe blends classical and contemporary Pilates for a full-body burn using props like the Pilates ball, light dumbbells, and mini bands.
