Hi, friends! Welcome to Haus Of B. Pilates! With over a decade of teaching Pilates across Austin, I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating a space that reflects my passion for movement and wellness. Each class is intentionally crafted to not only build full-body strength but also to soothe your nervous system, helping you reconnect with your body. My mission is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and uplifted. I can’t wait for you to experience the magic at Haus Of B. Pilates.

I created this space to welcome all individuals, inviting you to show up as YOU are, let go of your inhibitions, and embrace play and laughter. It’s not just a Pilates studio; it’s a lively haven where you can escape daily stressors and reconnect with your joyful self!

Banks is a powerhouse in the fitness world, certified in multiple disciplines with over 500 hours of Pilates apparatus and mat certifications, a 300-hour Vinyasa yoga certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. With experience ranging from in clinical rehab facilities, training professional athletes, and guiding clients through recovery post surgery, she has truly seen it all. This rich background fuels her passion for tailoring classes to meet every teaching level, ensuring an inclusive and exhilarating experience for all participants.
Instructor Lauren Madigan
I discovered my passion for Pilates at 18, inspired by my mom’s journey through training. After earning my Balanced Body certification in Austin in 2022, I’ve been dedicated to sharing the benefits of Pilates. Originally from Chicago, I now enjoy the Austin lifestyle by weight training, riding horses, and surfing, all while creating engaging classes that leave my clients feeling strong and energized.
