Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling in classes, packages, or memberships at Haus of B Pilates ("the Studio," "we," "us"). By purchasing a class, package, or membership, or by attending any session at the Studio, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

DEFINITIONS

• Membership — a recurring, auto-renewing plan billed monthly: Unlimited (No-Commitment), Unlimited (Recurring), and the Credit-Based Memberships (12-Pack, 8-Pack, 4-Pack).

• Credit-Based Membership — the 12-Pack, 8-Pack, or 4-Pack Membership, which includes a set number of monthly credits usable toward Reformer, Mat Pilates, or Strength classes, plus unlimited Sauna and Cold Plunge access.

• A-La-Carte / Class Package — a one-time, non-recurring purchase of class credits that does not auto-renew.

• Founding Membership — a separate, legacy membership tier governed by its own terms (see "Founding Membership" below).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. New Client Offer
   The New Client Offer (valid for 14 days) is available only to first-time clients and may be purchased once per person. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and activates on the date of purchase. Offer starts upon purchase. Credit expiration dates are final and cannot be extended. Clients who use multiple email addresses to purchase more than one New Client Offer will have all related contracts canceled and will be charged full price for classes attended.

2. The Buy 2, Get 1 promotional offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared, split, or used across multiple accounts.

Class attendance:

1. Minimum Class Attendance
   A minimum of two participants is required for a class to run. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified by text and/or email, and your credit or session will be returned to your account.

2. Cancellations

Memberships (Unlimited No-Commitment, Unlimited Recurring, 12-Pack, 8-Pack, 4-Pack):

• No-shows are charged a $42 fee.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

• For Credit-Based Memberships, the credit is retained on your account. Unlimited Memberships do not use credits, so none are forfeited.

A-La-Carte / Class Packages (one-time, non-recurring):

• No-shows are charged a $42 fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class incur a $20 late cancellation fee. The credit is retained on your account.

Private Sessions & Duets:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session forfeit the credit.

• No-shows, or cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the session, forfeit the credit.

1. Pre-Payment Requirement
   All classes must be prepaid. You must have available credits or an active Membership to book a class.

2. Arrival Times
   Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Studio doors lock 5 minutes after class begins. Empty reformers may be reassigned to waitlisted or walk-in clients.

3. Class Restrictions
   Haus of B Pilates instructors and staff reserve the right to restrict a client to particular class types for safety reasons, and may request medical clearance before allowing a client to continue in certain classes.

4. Waitlists
   If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the next waitlisted client is automatically added up to 2 hours before class and notified by email/text. If you are added from the waitlist and cannot attend, standard late cancellation charges apply and are non-reversible if canceled within 24 hours of class.

5. A-La-Carte Class Packages
   Class packages are valid for the period listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extensions due to injury require a medical certificate and must be requested before the package expires.

6. Memberships
   All Memberships bill on a recurring monthly basis and continue until canceled under the Termination Policy in Membership Terms & Conditions, Section 5.

• Commitment: Unlimited Recurring, 12-Pack, 8-Pack, and 4-Pack Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. The Unlimited (No-Commitment) Membership has no minimum term and may be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice.

• Freeze Policy: Each Membership includes one freeze of up to 30 days per year at no charge. Additional freeze time beyond the included 30 days is billed at $50/month. If pricing has changed by the time you unfreeze, the then-current price applies — unless you are on a discounted or promotional membership, in which case your discounted rate is reinstated upon unfreezing.

• Cancellation Notice: We require 30 days' written notice to cancel or freeze your Membership once your commitment period has ended. Without 30 days' notice, you will be billed for one additional month.

• Credit-Based Memberships: Monthly credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

1. Non-Transferability
   Sessions, class packages, and Memberships are tied to the purchasing client and may not be used by another person. If someone other than the booked client arrives for a session, they will be asked to create their own account and purchase their own credits or Membership.

• Membership credits are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, gifted, or used by anyone other than the account holder.

• Discounted or promotional credits are non-transferable under any circumstance, including after a membership freeze, cancellation, or account change.

1. Booking Window
   Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Each Membership and Credit Pack has its own respective booking window:

• Unlimited (No-Commitment): up to 1 month in advance.

• Unlimited (Recurring), 12-Pack, 8-Pack, 4-Pack: up to 2 weeks in advance.

• A-La-Carte / drop-in classes: up to 4 weeks in advance.

1. Guest Passes
   Guest access varies by Membership:

• Unlimited (No-Commitment): includes 2 guest passes per month.

• Unlimited (Recurring), 12-Pack, 8-Pack, 4-Pack, and A-La-Carte packages: do not include guest passes.
  Where included, guest visits are deducted from your account at the time of booking.

Emergency Studio Cancellations

If the studio must cancel a class due to an emergency, all clients enrolled in the class will automatically receive the class credit back to their account.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Autopay
   Monthly Memberships are billed automatically to the card on file. Billing continues until we receive a valid termination request under the Termination Policy below.

2. Price Increases
   We reserve the right to adjust Membership pricing. Current members will be notified at least 4 weeks before any price change takes effect.

3. Failed Payments
   A failed payment immediately places your account on pause. While your account is on pause, you may not book or attend classes, and any already-booked classes will be canceled. A $10/day fee applies to the outstanding balance beginning 24 hours after the failed charge. Your account will be reactivated once a valid payment method is added and the outstanding balance is paid in full. Three failed payments over the course of 3 months the studio has a right to terminate clients membership.

4. Membership Freezes & Extensions
   See General Terms, Section 9 for the standard freeze policy (30 days included per year; $50/month for additional freeze time). Freezes for medical reasons require a doctor's note, are evaluated case by case, and do not count against your included 30-day freeze.
   Founding Memberships follow a separate policy — see "Founding Membership" below.

5. Termination
   To cancel a Membership, submit a written termination request to info@hausofbpilates.com at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment. Medical terminations require proof of condition (a doctor's note) and are reviewed case by case.

FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
Founding Membership is a separate, legacy membership tier and is not part of our 5 current published Membership options. Founding Members are not eligible for the standard Freeze Policy in General Terms, Section 9; freezes are granted only for injury or medical reasons and require a doctor's note for approval. All other General Terms and Membership Terms & Conditions apply to Founding Members unless otherwise stated in their individual agreement.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final. Memberships, class packages, and A-La-Carte credits are non-refundable.

• Membership billing cycles may only be frozen per the Freeze Policy (General Terms, Section 9) or for medical reasons.

• Sessions and credits are non-transferable, except where a Membership specifically includes guest passes.

COVID-19 POLICY
Please refer to our community guidelines for current safety protocols. If you feel unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you stay home for the safety of our community and rebook your class where possible.

LOST PROPERTY
Haus of B Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure while in the studio.

NON-DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT
We are committed to a safe, inclusive environment for all clients and staff. Discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other protected status will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of Membership or studio access, without refund.

Photo & Video Release

By entering Haus of B Pilates, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, or other media may occasionally be captured during classes, events, or within the studio for marketing, promotional, educational, or social media purposes.

By participating in classes or events, you grant Haus of B Pilates permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in these materials without compensation or additional approval.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify a member of our team before the start of your class or event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in background footage or photographs taken in shared studio spaces.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

Haus of B Pilates is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all clients, instructors, employees, and guests.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services, memberships, class packages, event participation, or access to the studio at our sole discretion if a client:

• Violates these Terms & Services or any studio policies.

• Engages in unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward staff, instructors, or other clients.

• Uses equipment in a manner that may endanger themselves or others.

• Attends class while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

• Repeatedly disregards instructor directions or safety protocols.

• Causes damage to studio property or equipment.

• Fails to comply with payment obligations.

In situations involving safety concerns or misconduct, Haus of B Pilates reserves the right to remove a participant from class or the studio immediately. Depending on the circumstances, memberships or class packages may be suspended or terminated without refund to protect the safety and well-being of our community.

Privacy Policy

Haus of B Pilates respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

By creating an account, purchasing services, or attending classes, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to operate our business, including but not limited to:

• Name, email address, phone number, and emergency contact information.

• Payment and billing information processed through secure third-party payment providers.

• Class attendance and purchase history.

• Communications related to your membership, bookings, promotions, and studio updates.

We use this information to:

• Process reservations and payments.

• Manage memberships and class packages.

• Communicate important studio announcements and schedule changes.

• Improve our services and client experience.

• Send marketing communications, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

Haus of B Pilates does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business, including scheduling, payment processing, email communications, and customer support.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to These Terms & Services

Haus of B Pilates reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Services, studio policies, pricing, memberships, class schedules, or operating procedures at any time.

Any changes become effective upon being posted on our website, booking platform, or otherwise communicated to clients.

Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Services.

We encourage clients to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of current policies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your participation in classes or services, or your relationship with Haus of B Pilates shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Services is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Haus of B Pilates regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
