Our schedule includes reformer classes, mat-based movement, strength-forward formats, and recovery experiences like sauna and cold plunge. Each class is designed to meet you where you are while helping you build a consistent, sustainable practice.

Yes. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors offer thoughtful guidance and modifications throughout each session. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning to your practice, you’ll feel supported while still being challenged in a meaningful way. All instructors are comprehensively certified with an understanding of pre/postnatal and injuries to guide all clients in a safe and supportive way.

Haus of B. is more than a workout, it’s an experience. We blend traditional Pilates principles with an athletic, high-energy approach, while also emphasizing recovery, nervous system regulation, and intentional movement. Every detail,  from programming to music to space, is designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected both during and after class.

Consistency is key. Most clients begin to feel stronger and more connected to their bodies within a few weeks of regular practice. We recommend attending 2–4 classes per week to build strength, improve alignment, and see lasting results.

No prior experience is needed. Our classes are accessible to all levels, and our instructors will guide you through each movement so you can feel confident from your very first class.

Your first class is an introduction to the rhythm and feel of Haus of B. Before class the instructor will walk you through how to use the machine. During class, expect a full-body, low-impact workout focused on control, breath, and alignment, with a strong, athletic flow that builds and then softens. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals while moving to the music, so you can settle into both the structure of the method and the energy of the room. Our instructors are hands-on and supportive, offering clear cues and adjustments so you feel confident, safe, and connected to your body from start to finish.

Haus of B Pilates is located in West Austin, serving clients from Clarksville, Downtown, Tarrytown, and surrounding neighborhoods. Our studio is designed to be a calm, elevated space where you can step away from your day and into your practice.

We recommend wearing comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for reformer classes to support stability and control.
